My Asthma had restricted me from participating in a lot of sports over the years. While I was quite skeptical at first. Through NAET, I haven’t had to use my inhaler since and I’m enjoying all of the sports I can handle! Thanks!

In 2016 I was suffering from severe Asthma. During the spring and early summer I was mostly able to keep attacks at bay by using several prescription medicines every day.
However, by late July the weather in Boise was very hot, and the air was filled with dust and smoke from multiple forest fires and road chip sealing. I began having frequent asthma attacks, some of which were severe. I tried to stay indoors as much as possible and several days I worked from home.
I called Dr. Joan Haynes to ask her for advice, and she suggested I make an appointment with Emily Yuen for NAET. Through interviewing and muscle testing, Emily helped me determine which medicines were helping and which ones were making my health worse. She also treated me for air pollution, smoke, dust, chip seal, and my medicines.
I worked with my primary care physician and allergist on a plan to reduce or eliminate the usage of the prescribed asthma medicine. I stopped taking all but one medicine, and greatly reduced how often I needed to use it.
Emily also helped me identify food allergies that were stressing my body and weakening my system, and ended up being the underlying cause for my asthma in the first place. She treated me for these foods as well as for perfumes and chemicals.
Within a short time I was able to get back to working out at the gym without having allergic reactions to nearby perfumes or chemicals. And, after six weeks of beginning those treatments I was able to go backpacking.
Emily, thank you for your expertise and for sharing your work with me!
Sincerely,
-A.
