Rebalancing Mental Health: A Holistic Approach Through N.A.E.T Therapy

Mental health is often underrated, but its significance in shaping our lives is immense. It refers to the state of our emotional, psychological, and social well-being, impacting how we think, feel, and behave. Unfortunately, many individuals suffering fromdegrees of  mental illnesses may not realize the extent to which it influences them, making it a tricky and sometimes overlooked issue.

In my opinion, the term “mental health” is too broad, often minimizing the gravity of underlying problems and sometimes giving perpetrators an excuse for repeated poor behavior. From personal relationships to tragic events like school shootings, many heinous acts can be linked to unchecked mental health issues. While we cannot eliminate mental health challenges entirely, mindfulness and awareness is key. People often remain unaware of their struggles, or they may not care enough to seek help, which can lead to preventable tragedies. In these cases, removing oneself from toxic situations or unhealthy relationships may be the best defense against those who are irresponsible with their mental well-being.

A troubling aspect of mental health is that society often fails to address it until it’s too late. For many patients, taking prescribed drugs for mental health has not provided a lasting solution. This is where N.A.E.T offers a new approach.

Unlike conventional treatments, N.A.E.T addresses the root causes of mental health imbalances by identifying and treating the underlying emotional stressors that wreak havoc on our well-being. N.A.E.T’s holistic, drug-free treatment focuses on rebalancing the body’s energy systems, offering relief from chronic emotional stress that medications often fail to address.

As Dr. Devi S. Nambudripad explains in her book Resetting Your Emotions, “Emotional blockages create an imbalance in the body, manifesting as mental health issues. N.A.E.T treatments aim to restore harmony in the body by clearing these blockages” (Nambudripad, 2019).

Many patients feel overwhelmed when conventional treatments fail to address their needs, but N.A.E.T offers a new Holistic perspective. By working with the body’s energy fields, “patients experience emotional clarity and relief from stress that can contribute to mental health challenges” (Nambudripad, 2019).

N.A.E.T helps regulate a wide range of emotions, such as:

  • Anxiety: N.A.E.T can reduce the frequency and intensity of anxious thoughts, allowing patients to feel more grounded and secure.
  • Fear: By addressing the root cause of fear, N.A.E.T helps individuals move past irrational phobias and regain confidence.
  • Anger: Anger often stems from unresolved emotional stress. N.A.E.T provides a pathway to calm the mind and body, reducing rage and frustration.
  • Sadness: Deep emotional sadness, whether due to grief or depression, can be eased through the techniques of N.A.E.T by rebalancing emotional energies.
  • Guilt and Shame: N.A.E.T assists in clearing feelings of guilt and shame, which can often lead to self-sabotage and low self-worth.
  • Frustration and Irritability: These emotions can be tempered by releasing pent-up energy blockages that fuel reactive behaviors.

Patients who have tried medications without success can benefit from N.A.E.T’s naturopathic approach, which works with the body’s natural healing abilities. By addressing emotional triggers and stress through non-invasive techniques, N.A.E.T promotes mental and emotional resilience, allowing patients to achieve true well-being without the side effects of drugs. Ultimately, taking a holistic approach empowers individuals to manage their mental health more effectively and achieve lasting change.

Ultimately the secret is mental health is a personal responsibility yet unfortunately this isn’t widely taught lead otherwise good people to end up missing the opportunities to find effective care for themselves and losing their friends and relationships and even paying a hefty price when mental health lands them on the wrong side of the law as is often at the root of trouble. References
